Future Talent Programme
GLAD, together with GÉANT NREN partners, offer programmes that facilitate engagement with students and career-seeking professionals. These programmes exist to introduce a future generation of talents to the GÉANT community and vice versa.
The Future Talent Programme (FTP) includes training in developing public speaking and presentation skills, as well as providing opportunities to engage with experts across a variety of industry sectors.

FTP Lightning Talk Challenge
The FTP Lightning Talk Challenge gives young professionals the opportunity to present ideas, projects or new methods to an international audience.
If nominated to the programme by a GÉANT project partner, participants undergo a series of professional public speaking training to master presentation skills and prepare for an effective delivery.
Trust and Identity Incubator Mentorship (TIM)
TIM provides IT and network students with a special interest in Trust and Identity (T&I) a chance to join the development of cutting-edge solutions in the field of T&I.
The programme takes place in the form of a six months’ internship at a local European NREN who is part of the GÉANT project.
