Dhanushi Rodrigo

Dhanushi is a PhD researcher in Business at Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Ireland, where her work focuses on sustainability learning in agri-food supply chains. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. In her current academic and representative roles, Dhanushi contributes to student engagement and quality assurance initiatives across European and Irish higher education systems. This includes supporting research activities, reviewing academic programmes, assessing student support, and collaborating on initiatives that enhance learning experiences for diverse student communities.

Dhanushi is particularly interested in advancing sustainability through interdisciplinary research. Her focus is on understanding how learning processes shape sustainability practices within complex supply chains, and how these insights can be applied to foster more effective, inclusive and scalable sustainability transitions.
