Yuliia Mescheryna

Yuliia is a Junior Finance Business Partner at GÉANT, and is currently pursuing the CIMA certification. In her role, Yuliia supports international partners with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with European Commission eligibility rules across several collaborative projects, including GN5-1, GN5-2, AfricaConnect, EaPConnect, and EUMEDPLUS.

Yuliia's work involves helping partners navigate financial requirements, ensuring transparency, and supporting sound financial management throughout the lifecycle of each project. Her aim is to raise awareness about the importance of financial sustainability within organisations and highlight how strong financial planning and resilience are essential in responding to global challenges and future uncertainties.

Yuliia will be presenting a Lightning Talk at TNC26, which will take place in Helsinki, Finland, from 8 - 12 June 2026.
