This training course enables you to explore unconscious bias, and the impacts it can have in the workplace. We will do this by first looking at what unconscious bias is, then exploring some of the most common types of unconscious bias. We will discuss the potential impact of unconscious bias both when being unaware of your own, and being the recipient of someone else’s. The course includes an interactive test to help you to understand your very own unconscious biases.
